Fernanda Madeiral

I am a postdoctoral researcher at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology (Sweden), where I am supervised by Martin Monperrus. I defended a Ph.D. in Computer Science at the Federal University of Uberlândia (2019), advised by Marcelo Maia (see LASCAM). I spent six months in a "sandwich doctorate" internship at Inria Lille (France) during the course of my Ph.D., supervised by Martin Monperrus. I obtained my master's degree from the São Paulo State University (2013) and my bachelor's degree from the University of Western São Paulo (2010), both in Computer Science.

My research area is Software Engineering, and I am particularly interested in software maintenance and evolution, source code analysis and manipulation, and mining software repositories. I have worked on automatic program repair and source code readability, and I am in love with dataset-related/-oriented research.
